AI Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026
AI Business OS uses artificial intelligence to help you generate websites, content, images, social posts, video, CRM follow-ups, and accounting drafts. This disclaimer explains the limits of that output.
1. AI output may be inaccurate
AI-generated text, images, and media can be incorrect, outdated, biased, or misleading. Output is a starting point, not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Always verify facts before relying on them.
2. You must review before publishing
AI-generated media must be reviewed for accuracy, consent, Fair Housing compliance, and platform rules before publishing. More generally, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI output before publishing it, sending it to customers, or using it in business records. AI Business OS provides approval workflows and a review step on sensitive actions to support this.
3. Rights and consent
Ensure you have the rights and any necessary consent for inputs you provide (including names, likenesses, logos, and source material) and for the way you use generated output.
4. Credits and availability
AI features are metered in credits and depend on third-party AI providers. When credits are exhausted or a provider is unavailable, AI features pause safely without affecting your other data.
5. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform rules (including advertising, consumer-protection, accounting, and any sector-specific regulations such as fair-housing rules) when using AI output produced through the Service.
