Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how subscription fees and credits are handled for AI Business OS.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

2. Free trials

Where a plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

3. Credits

AI credits included with a plan or purchased as packs are consumed as you use AI features and are generally non-refundable once used. Unused plan credits do not roll over unless your plan specifies otherwise.

4. Requesting a refund

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review your request. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this policy.
