Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Business OS (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account, your workspaces, and all activity under them, including the actions of team members you invite. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, credit metering, rate limits, or approval controls.
• You are responsible for content you generate, publish, or distribute through the Service.

3. Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. AI usage is metered in credits included with your plan; additional credits may be purchased. See the Pricing and Refund Policy pages for details. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

4. AI-generated output

Output produced by the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review the AI Disclaimer — you are responsible for reviewing and approving AI output before relying on or publishing it.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
